The white wire on the connector corresponds to the negative (GND) wire on the strip, and the red wire corresponds to the positive (+DC24V) wire on the strip. The yellow wires represent the signal line (DO/DI/DAT) on the light strip. The yellow signal wire does not need to be wired to power when injecting voltage into the strip.
