If some lights on the strip are not illuminating, you can try the following methods: 1. Use the remote control to adjust the number of pixels on the light strip. Long press the "White" button until it blinks, then press the brightness up/down buttons to change the pixel count to light up all the lights. 2. Use the Daybetter App to adjust the number of light strip pixels. After connecting the light strip to the app, click the settings icon in the upper right corner of the Device Control page, then adjust the number of pixels in the "Length of light strip" setting. For the 16.4ft light strip, set the pixel count to 80, and for the 32.8ft light strip, set it to 160 to ensure full illumination.
